Shoe Magnet: Fashion Week Columbus 2011

Fashion Week Columbus is always the perfect place to find fabulous shoe fashion especially for shoe-a-holics like me.

The Women's Book has been a proud sponsor of Fashion Week Columbus since its launch in 2010 by founders Dont'e Rodriguez-Young and Thomas McClure  and was thrilled to partner again this year. Besides the organization's focus on celebrating and supporting amazing local designers, unforgetable clothing and local charities, I get excited to see all of the fashionable people of Columbus come out to strut their stuff. There is no shortage of great "shoe-watching" on the runway models and the everyday-fashionistas who attend the week-long schedule of events.

Fashion Week Columbus 2011 was held October 9-15. The week-long celebration of big, bold, fashion culiminated with a Grand Finale Fashion Show on October 14 at Miranova.  The Women's Book's Shoe Cam was there to capture some of the most fantastic and creative shoes at the event. P.S. Vanni Wang of Lucio Vanni Couture was the 2011 Fashion Week Columbus Headline Designer. Her showstopping designs (all red, my favorite color) were absolutely beautiful.
